AP233-Offsite-pre/at meeting notes

All of Harry's pre and at Asheville offsite meeting notes. Contains what I went to the meeting with and what I accumlated at the meeting. In summary meeting was very successful. All arm.exp and mim.exp Implementation Module files where complied pre meeting and all error messages reviewed at the meeting. Fixes will take some work but no show stoppers. Very good exchange of ideas for Ap233 pilot program with IBM, CostVision, EuroSTEP & NASA. At meeting reasons for not generating type extend module mapping tables and EXPRESS-G's given and accepted. This enables, with work, CD delivery at ISO SC4 meeting in Funchal.
