Mim EXPRESS - work in progress 20080708

Backup Jedit file for work in progress. Collecting, sorting and removing extensible select redundancies finished. Final mim compile checks made, used to update stepmod mim.exp & mim.xml files. Now working to generate all mim long forms. Picking up minor typo's as long form generation process proceeds. This is the base for mim.exp files updated in Ap233' stepmod modules.
